Workshop Report

Jan 3rd – 4th 2009 – The Horrawalla Baal Panchayat is special. Initially it was not amongst the 18 organisation selected to take the RTI program forward as this Baal Panchayat is not assisted by an NGO but is facilitated by a school teacher and the MCF felt that the children would not be able to carry the RTI programme forward. When the members of the Baal Panchayat heard that they were not involved in the RTI program they requested the MCF to allow them to be a part of the process. This workshop was then a special workshop organized for the Horrawalla Baal Panchayat and included members form the following 9 villages Rajoli, Chandpur, Nahad, Dudhai,Dobhari, Jagatpur, Horawalla, Manduwalla and Tilwadi.
